WHERE IS MY REFUND?

Refunds can take time for our busy warehouse to process. Please allow 14 working days from the delivery date on tracking for us to process your refund. Your refund may take an additional 3-4 business days to be processed by your bank and appear on your statement. 

CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS IF THEY ARE THE WRONG SIZE?

Of course! If you are not sure about your size, then take a look at our womenswear size guide and menswear size guide.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All orders are processed within 4-5 working days and you can choose between DPD Next Working Day, Royal Mail Standard or Next Day, and their international partners.

Our Customer Service team are available Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm. Please contact us using the contact us form. 

CAN I VISIT YOU IN PERSON

Unfortunately, our warehouse is not a shopfront. A selection of our collection is available at Cowdray Lifestyle in Easebourne, Midhurst.
